I have been working with Stephen Bradford with Lanstar Voice and Data, LLC since late 2013. They have always responded to my needs in a timely and professional manner. Lanstar Technologies recently upgraded our telephone system after we doubled the size of our office staff. The upgrade has allowed our office staff to be more efficient and the ability to troubleshoot remotely has proved to be extremely convenient. Using Citrix MetaFrame, we are now able to have all of our business applications on one server. Thanks to Lanstar Technologies, we have a network that allows all of our offices and employees to access the same data. We’re now able to make updates faster and easier, saving us time and money.

Our Citrix installation seems to be a success. I believe this is the easiest installation we have ever gone through and it certainly was the fastest… Overall we are very happy with the installation and have discussed having the next server sent directly to you so that you can prepare it for us before the actual installation.

One of my customers had a voice mail system crash, and there was a business critical need to get a replacement ASAP. I called Lanstar, and within a few hours they had a system ready to ship to Houston. It shipped that afternoon, arriving at the customer site early the next day. The onsite technician called Lanstar, and was walked through swapping out the hard drives, and the customer was back in service within a few hours.

We are a commercial real estate development and construction company that focus on national retail shopping centers. Lanstar has helped us to achieve remote users across the Southeast via Citrix Metaframe in order to have all of our vital information here at our office. Having everything on our Citrix Server reduces problems when we have a lot of remote users. Everything is in one place.
We are implementing an Avaya Voice over IP solution for our Site Superintendents at our construction sites. Our supers can carry their IP Phone from site to site or hotel to hotel without ever calling for phone service all while they are an extension of our phone system. It saves us money on phone service, long distance and headaches.
Lanstar has exceeded our expectations and they are in Atlanta and we are in South Carolina. It’s like they are in the same town. Everything that we need help with they do remotely. We have used Lanstar for 5 years and will continue for years to come.
