I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. After an INSANELY frustrating 6-week nightmare with AT&T, some days being on the phone from 10 AM to 5:30 PM straight, with two toddlers running around…AT&T would hang up on me, transfer me into the abyss, and calls would drop nonstop. I was at my breaking point. My husband finally had enough and started searching for a new phone provider. That’s when he found Lanstar Voice and Data LLC. And honestly… life-changing. Steve spent hours on the phone with me, even picking up the phone to answer my questions past 10 pm! Patiently answering every question and explaining everything in a way that was respectful, calm, and incredibly helpful. But it doesn’t stop there—he drove THREE HOURS one way, spent the entire day at our shop, and didn’t leave until after 11 PM. He personally installed everything, made sure every phone and every piece of equipment was working perfectly, and had us fully up and running in just TWO DAYS. He told us it normally takes 1–2 weeks, but he pushed to get everything ready for our grand opening, and we are eternally grateful. Without him, it honestly would’ve been a disaster. Even after installation, he continuously checks in, texts for updates, and stays on top of porting our numbers—sometimes even reminding me about things I forget. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Lanstar. If you’re frustrated with your current service, don’t even think twice. Call these guys. You will NOT be disappointed. Our new phones, features, and overall experience have blown us away. Steve truly rescued us in the most chaotic moment, and we couldn’t be happier.

He  helped transition our Law firm to the new Avaya Cloud system. Steve came to the office to set-up the phones, and waited for them to boot and connect to the system. We have used Lanstar for years and they have  been professional, and quick to address any concern we may have, regardless if it was just changing a name on one of our company phones, or if there was an internal problem on our server.
